Hello,
I went to La casa de Lexy on Friday, I was miraculously off work that day, until I was two hours away from Fulton and got a call telling me there was an employee meeting that I hadn't known about. That's alright, I'm blessed enough to have a friend who can lie for me. Jay told them I was in Illinois visiting my family. Same distance trip, just different direction.
The Fiesta was fun. Pizza and such, we sat up and talked for a long while. Does it ever make you feel bad that when something is wrong you can type for an hour about it but when something good happens it's generally only about a paragraph long? It knocks me for a loop.
I'm sad that I missed the Tony and Co. that had gone to Rolla for the night, although there were two drunk dialings.
So in good measure, everyone had fun I hope.
On the home front nothing went right except for work, which only goes as right as bad things can go when you are getting paid for them. I'll leave that for another entry though as this one is going so well.
